Hannah's Disneyland trip 2008

We took Hannah to Disneyland and we had a great trip. Bill & Bethany & Max came too. hannah loved the Princesses. She wanred everything pink! Our favorite parade was the Pixar parade in California Disney. I thought her hands would fall off watching the characters pass by, she waved from start to finish.... it was so cute!

Emma Grace's Baptism & DC Temple

A couple of the best things we did in DC were to go to the DC Temple with Andy & Rebecca and be at Grace's baptism. Just being able to share in some very important decisions in Grace's life and also to be in the temple with loved ones , is such a wonderful blessing. We are so blessed to have the beautiful family we do. We are also extremely happy to be able to share in all of your lives.

Our Washington DC trip 2008

We had the greatest time in Washibgton DC. There waas just so much to do and see! It would not have been as great if we had'n't been with Rebecca, Andy and the grandkids. We are so proud of them and we want them to know how much we love them & miss them. See ya soon on your next adventure. Easter 2008

We missed the Armstrongs but we had a great afternoon and evening with the family. Our grandkids are sooo beautiful and handsome. It is such a great blessing to see & be with our children and their families. What a great reminder of the plan of our Father that we are all together forever, sharing and just being together is all I ever want. We thank our brother Jesus Christ for his great sacrifice and our Father in Heaven every day for the great opportunity we have to be part of this great plan here on earth. We hope every day that we will be worthy of this great blessing of our family and all the good things they are learning and teaching us to be better parents and children of the Father and that we can all enjoy the blessing of uniting again as a great heavenly family with all those that we love. I can't wait to see and sit at our Savior's feet and hear all that he has to say and teach to us still.

Dawson & Sarah w/Grama & Papa in Disneyland 2008

It's Dawson & Sarah's turn to spend time in Disneyland together! What a cute and fun time we had with these two. They are characters themselves. Dawson is a pirate and Sarah a princess, of course. They would put their heads together and just talk. Dawson was a sweetheart with his comments, 'This is the best day of my life!' and 'This is a dream come true!', 'It was a very far way to go though, my mom was right.' Oh we love to here those things, that's why we are doing it. We love you kids, who's next?

Disneyland w/Armstrongs 2008

Wow, what a great trip! The Armstrong family is moving to Washington D.C. Andy is in the Foreign Service now. Saying good-bye is not easy, so we made the best of it and where else could that be but Disneyland. The weather nad the lines were great, we did everything we wanted to, except Alladin, but that's another story. Making memories are the best, phones are even better and of course the blogs!

Pioneer Children

Our ward primary children sang at the mall during it's Historical Fair. The kids all looked great, but of course mine were the cutest. haha. They sang and walked up and down the mall.

Drama Queen Grace

Grace has found her calling in life...the theatre. She starred in the base play, Snow White, as one of the seven dwarves. She was the comic relief named Tambourine, who's only line was "Oh yeah!" said with any and every emotion you could imagine. She was great!

What a Party!! A great evening of swimming, eating and just plain having fun with the over 90 family and friends that showed up! Good snacks, cupcakes and plenty to drink. Thanks Rebecca, Andy, Melissa and whoever else made this a great time for all!! I'll post more pictures when i find more time...Poppa :)

Me and Deb on our 33rd Anniversary enjoying some Joe's Crab Shack food! We had a great time in downtown Sacramento with a suite overlooking the river. Dinner was followed with the premier of "Les Mesarables" at Music Circus...it was awesome! This was fun! I love my wife of 33 years! Gosh we are getting old! Sorta ha ha!
